Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Tax:
A flat $15 shipping tax will be applied to all orders at checkout. This tax helps us cover the cost of providing high-quality shipping services.

Refund for Canceled Orders

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at  suppot@cappycaps.shop. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund promptly. However, if the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, we will assist you with the return process.
